The purpose of this website is to show examples and Illustrations of my work, to benifit and help grow businesses and companies who desire to improve their visual presence and corporate image in the market place. The images on this site are not intended to be downloaded or used in anyway. Any downloading or copying of any images on this site for any purpose whatsoever is in breach of copyright and stickly prohibited.

Our rates at a glance

Work on the following as a guide only...

$100 per hour 8am-5pm + 30% for out of hours.

2 hour minimum booking.

$600.00 per half day rate. ( up to 6 hours max )

$1,200.00 per full day rate ( up to 12 hours max )

A $200.00 cancellation fee will apply for jobs that are booked and cancelled 48 hours prior to photography.

A late fee of 20% of the total invoice will apply for final payments that are late 14 days after the invoice and delivery date of completed job. 

Additions:

Flight's, hire car and accomodation will be quoted on a per job basis in addition to our above rates.

Additional props for shoots will also be sourced and supplied by client preferrably, this includes suitable models and talent.

Retouching or any additional Graphic Design work will be charged out seperately and quoted based on clients brief.

Any additional staff required to assit our end in the clients photography project will be charged accordingly and outlined on our free upfront quote. 

1. Copyright

RKM Commercial photography reserves the right to retain the full copyright on all images taken for clients at all times for any kind of promtional use world wide. This includes stock media libraries for future publication, royalty free stock or media libraries for resale and or advertorial use.

2. Ownership of materials

The client has the right to use any images taken on each job once the client's account / invoice is paid for... in full. Only then will cleints will be able to use any content taken or supplied on a per job basis for any promotional or advertising use.

 3. No Alteration

No alteration or manipulation of any image supplied without the permission of RKM Commercial Photography.

4. Indemnity

RKM Commercial Photography or any of it's staff or contractors shall not be liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of any photographs taken or other use by the client.The clients shall indemnify RKM Commercial Photography any claims and/or damages again RKM and associates as a result of the clients use of photographed supplied by RKM Commercial Photography.

5. Client Approval

If the client is not present during the actual photography session then RKM Commercial Photography interpretation of the assignment will be accecpted. Unless a rejection fee is agreed in advance then there is no right to rejection.

6. Cancellation and postponements

Once RKM Commercial Photography has been commissioned, the client is responsible for any payment of exspenses incurred up to the time of cancellation. RKM Commercial Photography will be entitled to charge a fee for cancellation or postponement at our discretion. ( see above details ).

7. Payment(s)

Payment by the client will be required as outlined in any of our quotes or invoices supplied to our clients. Clients must pay thier booking deposit via EFT before a job / or assignment starts. The balance of each invoice is required via EFT in full and paid prior to the job or project being collected in person or delivered. Email proofs are provided to the client during the work flow process prior to completion of job.

Our work flow and Payment process is as follows:

Client emails brief what needs to be photographed, where and when..then we proceed to quote based on the brief provided by the cleint.

RKM Commercial Photography emails free quote out to client.

Client confirms go-ahead for job / project back to us via email.

Client confirms back via email confriming the go-ahead with job / project and also to supply Purchase Order No. TBA.

RKM creates a Job / Tax Invoice and is then emailed to client for booking deposit payment Via EFT.

Client to pay 1st booking deposit EFT prior to job starting.

Job / Project photographed.

Photo proof(s) emailed to client to proof off.

Final EFT payment recieved from client.

Job delivered promptly.

8. Client Confidentiality

RKM Commercial Photography and associates will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third party or make use of any material or information relating or communicated to RKM Commercial Photography from the client in confidence for the purposes of the photography or project.

9. Public Liability

RKM Commercial Photography and it's team will do everything within it’s physical power to ensure that every event is captured and supplied to clients expectations.

RKM Commercial Photography will take every care but liability to him, company and or his team of photographers, in the event of non-supply of images discussed is limited to either retake of photos or refund of monies paid at the discretion of him.

RKM Commercial Photography also has in place up-to-date indemnity insurance and work place health and safety policies to cover any and all of its workers or contractors whilst working on site.
